Message	I wonder if you could just use a rotary tool with a wire brush and just remove as much of that area as possible, and then if the edge is smooth to where it joins the paint, just leave it. Or then you could try to paint it... I'd try to get as much of the peeling area out for sure. You could also buy another oil pan from the classifieds. Haha.
